I have a long history of competitive sport and fitness, including club track, university basketball, gran fondos (100 – 160 km), road running (5 – 10 km) and triathlons. My passion for fitness is why I pursued a Bachelor of Kinesiology. I'm now an active member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and hold many certifications, including: Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist Practitioner, Functional Range Assessment
& Conditioning, Metabolic Analytics & Strength Practitioner and Running Mechanics Professional.
I offer one-on-one private training, semi-private training, small group classes and online training to individuals of all fitness levels. Whether your goal is improved mobility or stability, increased strength, injury prevention or rehab, I will create a customized program for you, including an assessment, personalized programs and nutritional support.
Client health and safety is the first and foremost priority. As such, I have implemented numerous new protocols. These include: cleaning equipment between clients and at the end of day, hand washing and sanitizing, health screening, etc. I have also reduced the number of clients allowed in the clinic at one time for the immediate future.
Clients are asked to arrive just a few minutes before your session, bring your own water bottle and water, wash and sanitize your hands before and after your session. If you are sick or unwell, please cancel your session as early as possible, you will not be charged a late cancellation fee.
